Crochet Pebbles

Limpet covered rock as inspiration

On pinterest I was just browsing around for cool and cute crochet ideas. I came across some sweet pebbles that had been crocheted over to make sort of a net surrounding the pebble.
I read this blog here on a tutorial of how to do it and then made my own version.
I think they look like limpets on a rock at the sea shore =]

Second attempt - I crocheted chains made them into a circle and crocheted into them to make an interesting texture

Little Bear hat

I thought I'd better make Little bear hat made for a new born baby to match the mother's bear hat. They make a cute pair! I used the 95% wool 5% cashmere beige yarn for the eyes and ear trims. and used the same yarn but in red for the heart nose. I used a fancy yarn from hobby craft for the rest of the hat.
Its done in treble and double crochet in the round.
